A little different than my usual work....one day I was just messing around, and the owl came to life. I wanted that owl in my own yard-so I put him there, over by the horse coral, on a bright sunny Vermont winter day. That barn was built in 1842. Wise owl, antique barn, shadows on snow. Just a simple little Vermont scene.
